• These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between you ("Player") and GrandPrixGaffer.com. Please read these terms and conditions and click on the first acceptance button at this page, before you continue to use this Website (http://www.grandprixgaffer.com/) or joining the GrandPrixGaffer.com fantasy GP site.
• These terms and conditions apply to all and any use of the Website and the Game that the Player is bound to after clicking on the first acceptance button. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, do not click on the acceptance button, and discontinue using the Website.
• When GrandPrixGaffer.com feels a Player behaves inappropriately in the game, GrandPrixGaffer.com has the right to deactivate Player's account without any warning. The Player will not have the right to receive compensation or a refund.
• The Website and the Game are developed, owned and operated online by GrandPrixGaffer.com. GrandPrixGaffer.com and its licensors own all of the content, including software, featured or displayed on this Website.
• GrandPrixGaffer.com will ask the Player to submit personal data to GrandPrixGaffer.com for purposes of identification. The Player agrees and accepts that this data will be used, stored and processed to improve the operation, administration and development of the Website and the Game.
• Also, GrandPrixGaffer.com will ask the Player to grant GrandPrixGaffer.com the right to use the personal data of the Player for marketing purposes, but only in accordance with the European Privacy Directive. The Player has no objection that GrandPrixGaffer.com and third parties use my personal data for occasional marketing purposes for news, entertainment and other services relating to motor sport events.
• GrandPrixGaffer.com has been developed for use with market-leading web browsers for the start of the season. In the event of browser updates and/or changes causing functional problems during the season, we cannot guarantee immediate fixes.
• The Website and the Game are provided "as is" and GrandPrixGaffer.com excludes to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law any warranty, express or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality or fitness for a particular purpose. GrandPrixGaffer.com will not be held liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Website and the Game, including but not limited to direct, indirect, punitive and consequential damages. The Website and the functionalities of the Game are not warranted to be uninterrupted or without error. GrandPrixGaffer.com aims at the availability of 95 percent of the Website and the Game.
• Points awarded during the game are final and not open to appeal. Any affects the points scored has on your game played in, on or outside the website are not the responsibility of GrandPrixGaffer.com.
